New Clinicals

Today I started my clinicals in Community Health nursing class. These are a little different than past clinicals in that we're making home visits to see our clients ( as we now refer to them). I was a little nervous at first about going into an unknown home, but it turned out fine and I think I'm going to really enjoy this rotation. These pictures are from the last day of clinicals in maternity. Our whole class went out to eat to celebrate. Jordan and Traci (two of my good friends at school)

Really bad day

After a frustrating day at school, I walk out to my vehicle to discover this on my windshield. Parking is very limited anytime after 8:00am, and I had a meeting in the afternoon. I parked alongside a curb. They got me for "obstructing the sidewalk" with a fine of $40. The funny thing is there were 3 cars on the other side of the street parked the same way, but no tickets on their windshield.

First Blog

Brenda & Nancy this is for you. They have been after me to start a blog so here it is :) I'm not quite sure how all this works, but I'm learning as I go.
